“How do I disable the screensaver? I understand the purpose of it is to reduce burn in however it is coming on when I am actively watching television shows that do not have logos or icons that could cause burn in.”

Samsung, Rob said while he is actively watching TV. I just bought the same TV today and while watching with constant movement on the screen it goes into screensaver mode. Just like Rob’s. From what I have read this is a common problem. What is the solution. This can’t be how this was designed. Is there a software update that deals with this? Marty
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This has been an ongoing problem with Samsung smart TVs. The fix I found that works the best is deleting the chat together app. For some reason this app triggers the tv to go into screen saver mode. Another fix is going into the chat together app and turning off chat notifications. Hope this helps anyone who has this problem!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Rob - If the S90C TV displays the same still image for 2 minutes, Screen Saver is automatically activated. Screen Saver is a default function to protect your OLED display and cannot be disabled. ~ Samsung Specialist
