From what I've been able to tell, the differences on the S90D vs the S90DD are the same as the S90C and S90CD. The S90CD/DD are warehouse only TVs, so that means Sams Club, Costco, etc... And the S90CD/S90DD have 60W RMS speakers. The S90C and S90D are available everywhere else retail, and the speakers in the TV are 40W RMS.
