Ok just to clarify, I got this monitor and was able to run it at 4k/120hz (7680x2160) with RTX3060. Had to return it though because Samsung sent me a used monitor (someone bought it had problems and returned it, the monitor did not even have a plastic on the panel to peel off) Waiting for a replacement from them..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. But 2080ti does not have hdmi 2.1 maybe thats why? Rtx3060 has hdmi 2.1
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a 2080TI and it couldn't output to the screens native dual 4k resolution. Had to upgrade my GPU. Ended up with a 4090 but I tried the 4070ti and that was fine too, just wanted more juice just in case.

Please try again later.Yes, you can run this panel at full resolution (7680x2160) at 120Hz with a 3060, and this panel is equivalent to two 4k panels next to each other (4K resolution is 3480x2160). But refresh rate has nothing to do with what GPU you have. This is simply dependent on the HDMI/DP interfaces and resolution being displayed. Refresh rate is simply how many times per second the monitor's screen refreshes, frame rate or FPS (controlled by GPU) is how many times per second your GPU can render a new frame.
