• Hopefully the specs are in the user manuals (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020); my best guess would be that it is unlikely that the USB ports remain powered when the set is powered off but still plugged in, but if you have a USB cable & a smart phone, it would be easy to find out.

• Hi ManchVegas! To ensure the TV is not always using power, the USB ports will not remain powered on if the TV is off. ^Tim
