    • Answer All slide-in designs require a 'backsplash' that will tolerate the heat and grease which is emitted from the rear of the appliance.

  • QuestionCan I use the top oven without using the bottom oven? All the tables I see, show a temperature above zero for the bottom oven when determining how to set the top oven temp.

    • Answer Yes. I do this all the time. It’s why I love this design. The main difference is the top oven is convection only whereas on the bottom you have a choice between convection or not. The bottom will get warm, though. I’ve never tested the temperature of the bottom while the top is on.

  • QuestionDoes this stove really not have a timer on it? Not simply timed baking, but ability to set timer for stuff on top of stove. That is such a key feature and the one drawback I see compared with the GE range.
