Hi my Samsung oven is showing this error code and I cannot use the oven or microwave
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its a communication error between the buttons and the circuit board. Mine has the same issue currently and thats what I've learned through searching the web and samsung website. Best bet is to replace the touchpad (the buttons). If that doesnt work replace the circuit board. I hope thats helpful.

Contacted best buy and Samsung for help, was told repair cost would range $200-$485 Can't afford this so my family and I have been using only the cooktop since. Beautiful range, just doesn't work

Please try again later.after trying all the at home stuff that is in the owners manual.you need to think touch pad which cant be diagnosed and then the control panel at 225. the touch pad is around 135. if you cant do the work yourself add a minimum of 200. I spent almost 600 on a 700 dollar 3.5 year old Samsung nx60A6311ss. that still does not work. don't be an idiot cut your losses after the touch pad replacement or BUY A 5 YEAR WARRANTY!! BTW best buys service triage people were very rude.

Never buying Samsung again. Getting the garbage oven i have hauled off, buying something without a chip
