“Is the rear filler kit an included accessory with this range?”

We just received this oven today and the rear filler kit was NOT included. Now wwe have a big ugly gap. See photo. It would have been nice to have the filler kit enclosed or been given the option of purchasing it if needed. We purchased it from Best Buy. How do I go about purchasing one and getting it installed?

Now 6 days later, we are trying to get this piece; its available for $84+ thru Samsung. They want receipt, warranty info,, delivery info, SS#, Model #, photos, etc. We have had it in our home 6 days. TERRIBLE SERVICE from Samsung and online BIG b ox store.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also bought this stove and had the ugly 1” gap, and 1) they didn’t install the filler strip, or 2) it didn’t come with it. Did it come with it? I’ve asked many times even at Best Buy, and they said there’s nothing to fill it. I still have the ugly gap. Can I get Samsung to send me one or escalate with Best Buy?

We have been trying to get a replacement since October 2020 and samsung has sent us the wrong part twice. For some reason there is no part number on the rear fill kit, but it is called out in the installation manual as an item that is included with your range. Go figure samsung. They have been much help.
