“I have the gas range NX60T8711SS/AA. None of the burners on top will go to simmer. Low is the lowest it will go. Can I get it to turn down to simmer?”

Your best bet is to use the back right burner on low, that’s worked the best for us. If low temperature performance is really important for how you cook, you may want to exchange for a thermador pro harmony.
