“My oven has a C24 on it and now none of the oven function works”

• First time we used the broiler we got c24 error could not turn off stove could not find error code with samsung Unplugged stove to clear code scared to try broiling agsin

• This error code seems flawed. All function at the control panel seems to unavailable, including the off/clear function. Is there a way around this aside from pulling the hot oven out to unplug?
