• A:Answer No issues with the main compartment heating so far. You can select how dry you want in settings. I use the More dry setting for towels. The top is really for only one shirt or sweater or a few undergarments. If you overload it will take a long time. The dryer may be eligible for a rebate from your gas company too. We received a $50 rebate from SW gas.

Q: QuestionCan you please tell me the functional capacity of the top washer? For example, will it wash a adult-sized pair of trousers? Also, how long does the wrinkle reducer work on the lower dryer? Finally, is there a keep-fresh option on the main washer?

• A:Answer It will wash the pants but like most washer you can’t over stuff the machine the soap and water needs room to work. I never use that feature on the dryer and that would be a no for the washer.

Q: QuestionCan this be used in a “portable washer” set up (hooked up to a faucet)? My apt doesn’t have plumbing for washers &dryers; however, the options for “portable washers” are not good. I saw the ventless dryer and was hoping for a Samsung washer I can pair.
