I have successfully downloaded the Flex Duo manual; try again as it's possible. The user's manual is 72 pp. Once downloaded, I resaved (and labeled) some targeted sections (of interest to me) such as "before you begin", "oven controls and features", "oven features", "using oven racks", "using the temp. probe", "air frying". etc. Then when I go back to check on my topics of interest, they are labeled and quickly accessed by me!
