They are very tough!!! I used clear packing tape and put around the knob to get extra pulling force and also something to grab as well. Also whil squeezing the tape with one hand and pulling the tab I made with the other hand. The thing is you can usually put a cord or shoelace around behind a sticky knob to help. But on this range it’s inset and allows no access behind knob to put fingers or anything. I included a photo of the issue with the arrow. Hope this helps.
