Hi Dehydrator. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 6.3 cu. ft. Slide-In Induction Range with WiFi, Flex Duo™, Smart Dial & Air Fry if this has dehydrated settings. Regarding your concern, yes there is a dehydrate setting, all you need to do is to follow these steps: 1. First, set your oven to around 100-225°F. Do not set it any higher than 225 degrees. 2. There is no preheating needed before dehydrating. 3. Place the rack in rack position 3 or 4. 4. Dehydrating can take between 4 to 6 hours (or even longer) depending on how thinly you sliced them. I suggest you check this link for further assistance.
