Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™, No-Preheat Air Fry & Griddle on how I set Broil to High. I am sorry to learn you have a hard time doing it. Regarding your concern, here are the steps.
How to set the oven for broiling
1. Press Broil once for Hi or twice for Lo.
Use Lo to cook foods such as poultry or thick cuts of meat thoroughly without over-browning them.
2. To start broiling, press START/SET.
Broil one side until the food is browned. Turn over and broil the other side.
3. Press OFF/
