I had the same problem! Then I realized you can only use the air fryer in the whole oven so you have to take out the separator in order to use the air fryer. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to use the entire oven for the air fryer to work. So you have to take out the piece that separates the top oven from the bottom oven.I personally feel that it would be better to be able to just be able to use the top oven, if that’s what you want to do. Normally when you want to use the air fryer you only have smaller things to cook. So I think that you show be able to chose if you want to use a small oven or the whole oven.
