Yes! I used mine to proof my dough. Worked great. It says it has a dehydrator but haven’t used that yet. Just a tip for anyone reading this: this is my first convection oven so having being used to conventional I forgot a golden rule of reducing temperature of conventional recipes by 25 degrees. Otherwise you’ll have a browned meal while undercooked in center.
