• There is a large heavy porcelain plate that separates the ovens and each oven has it's own temp probe extending into the oven a few inches. You won't need to worry about top oven getting too hot from the bottom at the temperatures you mentioned. The top oven does have a vent control with a screen if you look up and to the left.
