The difference is in the serial number at the top. The other tv is considered a higher tier tv. But after doing a lot of research into it, it has become very clear to me that there is virtually no difference between the tv in all fields. They are built almost exactly the same with almost exactly the same output. I would also like you to know that I have been looking for the right tv to put in my house for two weeks now, and after looking at 100's of tv's it came down to this one and an lg of the same price on best buy. After spending a lot of time deliberating between those two it became clear this is the best tv you can possibly buy for your money, buy a landslide. So I would highly recommend this tv.

Please try again later.HI, first off I wanted to state that I have been deliberating between hundreds of tv's for the past few weeks now and after many hours of doing my research it came down to this tv and the other lg at best buy which is on sale for $599.99. This is the tv I chose and you are making the right choice (if you get this one). To answer your question though there is absolutely no difference, if you look at the product identification number at the top they are identical to one another. The reason this one is cheaper is because it has literally just gone on sale and they have yet to remove the other product. Hopefully this helped.

Please try again later.the other one has built in upscaling to make lower resolution images look clearer. the over all fit and finish is also a little better and is able to play movies form a usb device like your phone or usb hard drive. In my opinion its not worth the 200 extra dollars.
