A:Answer Not 100% sure this will solve your problem, but I remember having issues trying to copy files to a memory card. Some looking on the internet led me to believe that it was the format causing the problems. My card was also formatted as exFAT, and after a bit of research I found that the files weren't copying over because exFAT is kind of old and has a somewhat small limit on how big a file it can transfer at once. Considering your docs could be read and your vids couldn't, I'd guess that the files are too big, so it either won't copy them, or does it incorrectly. If this is the problem, your best solution is to take everything off of the card and format it to either NTFS (my first choice), or FAT32. The minimum file size for transfers are much bigger and that should fix the problem.
