• PC Net has a calibration recommendation that looks great. Search for it on google.

• You have to set it yourself to match your room. The lighting in every room is different so there is no one way. Go into your advanced settings and play around with the contrast,brightness,and background brightness settings. Do this when a football game is on. Simply set the TV to your own personal liking. I would suggest not playing around with the colors.
