- Answer No they do not. There is a $149 charge for install and set up the Q9led.

QuestionIs this TV better than the LG OLED? I have always been a Samsung TV owner, but got convinced that the LG OLED was better than the Samsung QLED. Deeper, true blacks than the Samsung etc...

- Answer I looked carefully at both tv s before making my decision on which to purchase. The OLED did have better blacks but across the whole spectrum of color and clarity of image I felt Samsung won hand down

QuestionIs there any corner bleeding issues with this model like the KS9000? I currently have a KS9000 with 5 year GSP that I'm about to bring in for a swap to due edge bleeding and fear the same will occur. Anyone experience this with this current model ?

- Answer The support brackets are 38 inches apart. Pretty wide! I used them for a week, then bought the wall mount. I wanted to have space below for DVD, internet router.... Love it on the wall!

QuestionDoes this Model come in the Curve version?

- Answer The Q9 only comes in a flat version. The Q8 is available in a curve. The Q8 has nearly the same specs as the Q9, although the Q9 can achieve higher peak brightness (2,000 nit compared to 1500 nit), has slightly better black levels, and slightly better audio. The Q8 also uses a metal chassis, rather than the poly-carbonate stuff on the Q7 and Q9. As far as I know, there are no plans for a curved Q9.

- Answer Absolutely will work with Directv, we also have it hooked up to Apple TV. Picture quality is amazing. Can’t go wrong. Easy to use....

- Answer The fiber-optic cable is what connects the one-connect box to the TV. You will still use HDMI cables to connect your devices (cable box, etc.). With this TV, you don't want to use low-quality HDMI cables - be sure to get high-speed cables!

- Answer The TV comes with TWO power cords - one for the TV (about 6'), and the other is for the one-connect box (about 4'). The fiber-optic cable that will run from the TV to the one-connect box is 15' (optional 30' version available), and it IS in-wall rated. If you plan on mounting the TV and taking advantage of the no-gap wall mount, you must recess the power outlet on the wall behind the TV! Cords can be neatly tucked through the back of the included pedestal, for a clean look.
