Questionwhat is difference between JS9000 and JS9500, besides the camera?

- Answer The JS9000 is an edge lit TV. The JS9500 is a full array lit TV with LEDs spaced all across the back. Edge lit TVs cost less to manufacture and are usually subject to more corner flashligting and clouding issues when viewing a nearly complete black screen in a dark room. Full array TVs historically have been better for true blacks. However times are changing and the JS9000 performs pretty well. I do have some clouding but not in normal view scenarios, only when I display black content with a white text in the middle. In technical reviews the 9500 performs about the same as the 9000 and 8500 for screen uniformity. I saved $1500 by going with the JS9000 vs the JS9500 and I am quite happy.

- Answer about 65 lbs, the thing is it is very awkward weight. I am about 5' 8'' and while i could lift the weight no problem it is so awkward because of the curvature and stand i really would recommend a two person lift, if your planningg on mounting it as always try to add in some wiggle room, look for a tv mount that is good for 70-80 lbs tvs so that you are on the safe side.

- Answer Comes with otherwise you wouldn't be able to plug anything into it except the power cord. It uses a proprietary cord so don't break it they are only available from Samsung. (the One Connect cord that goes to the TV)

QuestionAnyone noticing Clouding or Light bleeding on their UN65JS9000 TV?Hi, I spoke to many best buy reps at different stores showing pictures of my TV with clouding. All of them are saying this is normal in a bigger edge lit TV. None of them seems to be concerned about this issue. I'm a bit worried having paid so much for this TV. I noticed the clouding in a dark room with dark backgrounds. I have attached some pictures of it. Pls note this picture was taken in "Dynamic" picture settings with my TV. Let me know if this is an issue with my TV. Thanks

- Answer When brightness is set too high and backlights also in dynamic...you may get some of that until theater black or your adjusted black settings kick in.

QuestionWhat's the best wall-mount for this TV?I'm first timer wall-mounting my TV. I love my curve TV. I have the below questions. 1. Which is the best wall mount for this TV. 2. What type of wall mount is recommended for this TV i.e. full-motion or a fixed mount ? 3. Do we need use a professional wall-mount installation services like Geek-Squad?

- Answer Depending on the weight and size of your curved TV, a heavy duty mount is generally recommended. A 'fixed' mount is recommended for the curved sets also. Too easy to damage the tv swinging around on the full motion units.. The Pro's should be involved when doing any wall mount and the Geek Squad is as good as any.. depending on your negotiating skills, you might be able to get it mounted for free.. Mine came with installation on the 9000 series 65"..

QuestionWhen do the 2016 models normally come out? .I wasn't sure if it's like vehicles where they will come out soon or when. I've been watching the 8500 series and debating on pulling the trigger on it or waiting to see the upgraded 2016 model. I have a plasma now so I'm not suffering for sure. Thanks in advance!

- Answer Yes it does. It has HDR10 so the HDR players work. The built in Amazon app does HDR and it's beautiful. But the Netflix app does not do HDR. Apparently it will when Netflix updates their app for Samsung
