A:AnswerCurrently Samsung has not released any plans to add any updates to allow for Dolby Vision. Samsung does however release a new OneConnect Box each year for their TVs, which may include Dolby Vision next year. You simply purchase the new box and swap it out for the old one that comes with the TV.
A:AnswerWe do not know yet if it will be as Samsung has not released their full lineup yet. We assume it will be in a 78 and most likely a 48 or at least somewhere around that size or in the 8500 model (the step down model) at least. The JS8500 has a 49" already available.
