Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the CD player you're using, and what outputs are available. You could easily use an RCA to AUX cable. Plug the AUX end into the headphone port on the CD player and the RCA ends to the "audio in" ports on the tv. Or if you have a dvd/ bluray player, almost any model should support an audio cd.

You will need a video and audio signal for the inputs on the television in order for that input to be activated. You can play a CD with a Samsung Blu-Ray player (which support Blu-Ray discs, DVD discs and CD audio discs), but a stand-alone audio player needs either a video source, or a receiver. Sorry you were given bad information, but the televisions need a video signal. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
