Yes it’s happening now. I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll it from target from now on. Best Buy is running a scam where they mishandle the merchandise, and pass the cost onto the customer. I may try to find a law firm who might want to make a little extra money in a class action lawsuit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Today I returned a TV that I purchased yesterday at the Asheville BestBuy. The screen was badly cracked. I told him that the TV had remained in the box until my installer pulled it out today and found the screen cracked. The manager kind of suggested that he thought the installer dropped it and that's why yesterday they wanted us to pay BestBuy for installation. After finding scrape marks on the box they arranged for me to pick up the same model at the Waynesville BestBuy.
