A:Answer The crystal series is just the newer updated panel. In order to sell it at a cheaper price point, they dropped off basically all of the extra features. The non crystal series (one i have) has basically every bell and whistle you could want. So short awnser is, Crystal series is the new model, non Crystal series is about 2-3 year old model (but superior imo). Like buying a 2020 car with no features vs a 2017 fully loaded :)
