QuestionI purchased this TV from Best Buy in February 2020, and I loved it! Suddenly last week (3 years later) it has a dark vertical shadow from top to bottom, just off center ??? Then. the.half screen, then other half, then dark except for clear 12 in center

- Answer Hi SamsungTVUser, If a menu setting is grayed out/not available, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available. ~Samsung Advisor

QuestionI bought the 65" with a sturdy stand but am a little concerned it might tip. Could someone tell me their solution and if a bracket was bought, exactly what was purchased? Maybe it will be safe but hate to see it hit the tile floor.... Thank you.

- Answer Hello I purchased this tv as well it is sturdy and has not fall. I also have one wall mounted. If you have kids and need to be sure you can purchase the VIVO TV Anti-Tip Heavy Duty Dual Cable, Non Tipping Safety Strap Kit for Flat Screen and Furniture Mounting STAND-SK02 $12.99 on Amazon. Hope this helps.

- Answer Its pretty weak overall and not much bass or volume unless you crank it way up. Its sad that nice TVs are expecting you to add a soundbar or speakers if you want any good sound. Its not immersive and such as the Samsung rep reports, its ok and fine for watching tv shows.

QuestionMy wife and I, just got a Samsung Crystal UHD CU7000. There wasn't a user's manual in the box. The remote doesn't have a volume adjustment. I am not able to raise or lower the volume. How do I do that?

- Answer on the remote there are 2 skinny buttons that look like 1 but are actully 2 seperate so the one on the left if you push it upwards it turns the tv up & pulling down turns it down & if you push it in it mutes the sound.

- Answer Hi Matt, To set up your Antenna, please follow the below instructions: 1) Make sure your Antenna or Cable box is set up, and then connect it to the TV via the ANT IN. 2) Go to Source> TV 3) Press Setting> All Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program 4) Start to begin Auto-Programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both 5) Your TV will begin to scan for channels.
