Can a DVD player and sound bar hook up with this TV null

Yes. There are 3 HDMI inputs. HDM1 1 doubles as an ARC passthrough so, if your sound bar can take that, all you will need is an HDMI cable. It also works with bluetooth sound bars, according to the settings. Your DVD player would simply plug into one of the other HDMI inputs.
