Honestly, your ms lag on a TV is not anywhere near a monitor. Monitors are always better. Pretty much all new 4k TV's in the premium line-up use some sort of HDMI port selector box (Samsung calls it the OneConnect). However, with this year, they are using Fiber Cable instead of the thicker, slower cable. It is much faster than previous years (which the KS8000 series is the comparable model is only 18ms). I would honestly expect somewhere between the 10-12ms input lag. Wait until Rtings.com posts their tech specs.... ****I am also a Best Buy Employee.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.actually Samsung was the only tv 2016 and prior to use an external box for their inputs, that being said lg will be doing a similar technique using a soundbar this year(2017) on some of their oled models. and the ks8000 had a 22ms input lag, one of the best besides vizio tvs. expect around 20ms again for the mu series for 2017, the qleds may be faster this year but no true specs yet as the real review sites haven't tested them yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure, but the fact that this Tv uses the Samsung input box doesn't add 50ms like that other user answered. I have the KS8000 which uses the input box and it was rated as one of the best. 1080p @ 60Hz : 20.9 ms 1080p With Interpolation : 118.9 ms 1080p @ 60Hz Outside Game Mode: 113.5 ms 1080p @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 : 37.8 ms 4k @ 60Hz : 22.7 ms 4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 : 37.4 ms 4k @ 60Hz + HDR : 21.1 ms 4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 + HDR : 37.6 ms so again, the input box doesn't effect the input lag as mentioned by others. I would assume this tv would be just as quick if not quicker, but we will have to wait for official reviews to release to know.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This tv is a Sunday tv sire sure. Best view Sing angle I've seen for under $5000. It's actually closer to a 245 degree angle, so people off to the sides and behind tv can still see if, especially if they look into a mirror. Other than that, its overpriced for a pseudo-OLED TV, given that its fake news tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tested the lag time of this,tv vs. one of LG, Sony and Panasonic. All very lose using Ismaili TV. My average lag time, taking into account the multi-phasic variables created by a temporal ionic shift is about 0.00021 seconds. This is,far beyond what is,perceptible to human senses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello love 2160p, Unfortunately you will not get something like that wandered here, as there many variables involved. I would assume it would not be a excellent choice for gaming, as it does use a splitter box that leads into the TV. That alone would add 50-75ms of input lag alone, so it would not make it a great gaming set.
