You have to have a 4K or HDR signal to the TV. What ever you are trying to watch or stream must have that quality. The store images are super high quality and calibrated specifically for the tv. It’s a sales tactic.

Try Picture settings: My Settings are as follows: Picture Mode : Movie Picture size: 16:9 Backlight : 18 Brightness : 0 Contrast : 41 Sharpness: 0 Color: 25 Tint : 0 Digital Clean View & Contrast Enhancer : Low Color Tone: Warm 1 Color Space Settings: Auto Auto Motion Plus Settings : custom: Blur Reduction:8 & Judder: 3 Check if this works for you.
