“I heard that Samsung offers a 5 year warranty on QLED parts and labor and a 10 year warranty on burn in protection? Is this true? What is the actual warranty on the QLED’s?”

• I just spoke to Samsung. on the QN65Q7DR (Costco model) it includes the 5 year parts & labor manufacture warranty. Repaired by authorized Samsung repair technicians. 5/26/2019 I called 1-800-Samsung.
