QuestionWhat does Smart Tizen mean? I know what a smart tv is, but I was wondering what Tizen does.

QuestionI see it says there are 4 HDMI ports and two of them are 2.0, are the other two 2.1?

- Answer Badhac, there are 4 HDMI ports on the Q70T; Port 3 gives you HDMI 2.1 features such as eARC. Port 4 will give you HDMI 2.1 with full 4K features. ^Gina

QuestionIs the Samsung 65" Class Q70T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV - QN65Q70TAFXZA a UHF or an LED television? The name with both UHD and LED is confusing. Thank you.

- Answer Hi Sherrie - It can get confusing with all the different terminology. UHD is actually Ultra High Definition or 4K, which means there are 8 million pixels on the screen regardless of the size of the screen. LED is the type of screen based on lighting, etc. The Q70T is a UHD televison with DUAL LED lighting and 100% Color Volume with Quantum Dot Technolgy. Hope this helps. ^Cris

QuestionI currently have an QLED LG 65 inch television with severe burn in. I’m wanting to get a new one but I’m concerned the same thing will happen. It’s very distracting trying to watch television with it. Will this model do that or is it possible for it to?

- Answer Hi Bob! We have great news for you - the Q70T is Bluetooth enabled, and will allow you to directly pair with your Bluetooth hearing aids - no additional devices required! Refer to your hearing aid's user manual for how to initially pair them to your TV. Once paired to the TV, press HOME on the Q70T remote. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Choose the device you wish to use for sound output. ^Gina
