• You have to press "home" button to open the media hub & then chose "YouTube", there is no "YouTube" button on the remote control. If "YouTube" is not pre-installed, then you go to "Apps" and install any app you want.

• jay - You can access apps by pressing HOME on your remote, then navigating to the app on the Home screen. If you haven't added it to your Home screen yet, you can do this by going to APPS, then find and select the app you'd like to view. ~ Samsung Specialist
