No it does not come with a charger. Nor does it come with a charging cable. I picked up a low-cost USB-C to USB A adapter cable to use with an older USB charger had leftover from older technology (phone). Works well so far. It also has a small solar cell charger built into the back of the remote too, but I don’t know how well that works yet. Your experience may vary depending on usage but I’ve only had to charge the remote once since the out-of-box, 3 weeks ago (QN90A + Q950A sound bar installed 11.23.2021)
