A:Answer You can certainly use an external smart TV device like a fire stick. I recently purchased this TV and I am using an Apple TV to access all of my apps, like Netflix and such. I’m not an expert, but my understanding is that these external smart TV devices, including Apple TV, fire TV, and Roku, are generally more streamlined and faster than the built-in smart TV functionality. When I set up this TV, it included steps for adding devices, and as part of that process, it set up the Apple TV, and the Samsung TV remote was “magically” able to control the Apple TV with no extra effort on my part. I would assume, but cannot verify, that it would do the same with your fire stick. The TV also has some kind of integration with different voice assistants, including Alexa; that may come in handy if you’re using Amazon products like the fire stick.
