To determine if a 65-inch Samsung S90D TV is QD-OLED, you can check the model number: Model number suffix In North America, the 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch Samsung S90D models have a QD-OLED panel and use the FXZA suffix in the model number. The 42-inch, 48-inch, and 83-inch models use a WOLED panel and use the EXZA suffix.
