No. Samsung does not support Dolby Vision on their televisions and have no plans to support it on the 2022 lineup. If Dolby Vision support is a deal breaker and you are more interested in a QD-OLED then Sony is going to be your only option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought the same as you and all I can say, you don’t need Doulby Vision, Samsung does an outstanding job without it in movies hands down!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No the TV does NOT support DOLBY VISION
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can watch Dolby Vision on Netflix. It does not have Dolby Vision. But yes you can watch Dolby Vision movies on Netflx and you will never notice the difference. It can handle the movies just as well and it won’t be missed. Outstanding picture on Netflix, Amazon, Apple + and Youtube TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.TV does not Support Dolby Vision. Only Supports HDR+.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dolby Vision is the superior HDR. Prime Video supports HDR10+ (with some Dolby Vision titles), while Netflix puts its weight behind Dolby Vision. If you watch a lot of 4K HDR on Netflix and Disney+ or have a large collection of UHD 4K Blu-rays, it makes sense to have the required Dolby Vision AV gear. All new releases in 4K UHD Blu-Ray (the only way to get full bit-rate 4K) are Dolby Vision. Samsung is missing the boat on this. It is a deal breaker in my mind not to support Dolby Vision

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not in Dolby vision, but you will be able to watch those shows in HDR 10. You will not really notice the difference. Also, Amazon Prime puts all its shows in HDR10+, not in Dolby Vision. The future is moving towards HDR10+ since it is royalty free vs. Dolby Vision. I would not worry about Dolby Vision. You want Dolby Atmos for sound and this TV has it.
