• Hello, I am not sure if you have a Samsung Phone or an Iphone. You can download the SmartThings App and add the TV and it works for me. I don't use the remote sometimes.

• When you get your TV hopefully you set it up where you could use your existing Amazon account if it’s linked to it and all you have to say is Alexa turn the TV on. Hopefully that works. If not, you got a problem.
