Q: QuestionI have a Sony Bravia Tv with HDMI ARC/eARC available. How good is the integration of this Samsung Sound bar with Sony TV? Will it work best only with Samsung TVs ? Can I still operate the sound bar with Sony TV Remote ?

Q: QuestionJust got this and like other reviews I see the rear speakers do not get loud unless viewing atmos or DTS X content. Can anyone answer why this is happening? If you did return it what model did you get that has loud rears for TV watching and atmos?

• A:Answer I went with stands and have them roughly at head height in the corners of my living room. Just try to place them as close as you are able where your usual seat will be a middle point between them and you should be set!

• A:Answer The whole system is awesome. The rear speakers still need to be plugged in for power but there are no cords running around the room to hook to the rest of the system. They are really put together nice, it is like sitting outside and listening to a plane come from one side to the other. We have had other systems and these work excellent. I don't know about buying them after to add to another system. We have the whole Q90R it works great.

• A:Answer Performs very well. If you're going to be streaming, which I'm assuming you are, I'd bump up your internet speed. I chose 1Gbps, but I have about 10 things connect it at once.

• A:Answer It does not come with speaker stands. The speakers are on the heavier side, make sure the stands will take the weight. There are so many brands and types out there I left it up to my spouse to select something she likes in the den. The sound bar unit is large so plan your installation well before you start. TV stand or wall etc. I went to Samsung and got the manuals, more information was needed on to set up and use. Good luck it works with great sound.

Q: QuestionDescription states with Dolby Atmos. What does that mean? Does it actually project sound overhead or do you have to purchase another component?

• A:Answer Rear speak are upfiring as is the sound bar itself has upfiring speaker, meaning rear speakers have 2 speakers facing you as well as 2 facing towards the ceiling with that being said from what I read on line you should have a flat ceiling to get the most out of them(mine is not)with that being said it’s still one if the best I’ve own, I had the Sony htst 5000 which was a very good system itself but it lack rear speakers,if Sony sometimes in the future offer rear speakers then out of the two Sony would be the better of the two.the Sony has 800 watts output while the Samsung has about 500 or so which I could hear the difference.

Q: QuestionHow satisfied are consumers with the equivalent "center speaker" function of this soundbar? My current soundbar and most others I've been exposed to are generally unimpressive for speech. Is this product different in that regard?

• A:Answer I've been using this soundbar for the last 2 months on a near daily basis, in both high volume and low volume settings. I haven't had any issues with speech clarity at all, and honestly find it to be much clearer than my old 5.1 surround sound system that I used and loved for YEARS.

• A:Answer yes it will as long as your source and service puts out an atmos signal. you'll have to use hdmi arc to get it though. Netflix and vudu for sure have atmos just not for every title. look for the atmos logo. im not sure about other services having atmos.
