Yes it can usually be done BUT you will have to remove it from your old dryer and connect it to your new dryer. BB delivery folks are not allowed to do that (probably a liability issue). So if you are comfortable doing that then OK. If you are not then it is well worth the $25 for a new cord.

This is the one with the wide three prong male connector where the horizontal tabs are offset at an angle on one end and a three wire connection on the other. Can't stress enough though, make sure the cord is easily bendable, not cracked, no pitting or corrosion on any of the connections!
