• An Y adapter to hook up to your washer cold water supply is included. You need a to purchase a 6 foot hose (ones exist specific for steam dryers, the only ones I found were 6 foot) to attach it to the back of the dryer the to the Y adapter. The Canada version comes with a longer hose, the US version comes with a short hose (about 12"). I believe the short hose is for hooking the Y adapter to a faucet.

• You need to run a water line off your cold water feed for the washing machine. They have kits you can by that have the house and a Y connector

• Typically, drying with steaming cycles has a cold water in-let. The Samsung I got comes with a Y adapter. You'll need to get a separate washing water tube and connect to either the cold water supply or T it off from the washer's cold water supply.

• The main water line gets connected to a T and one of the lines then feeds the dryer and the other goes to the washing machine.

• It has to be hooked up to a water source. I don't have this hooked up because my laundry room is not equipped for it. I guess you could put a "Y" connecter on your cold water supply.
