This is a very common problem with Samsung !! Call if it's under warranty, but if not, find another one. After replacing heating element, sensor panel, and thermostat, it will all break within the following year all over again !!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your 220 electrical outlet. It maybe wired incorrectly. With a 3-wire socket, you have 2 hot (electrified) lines and a neutral. With a 4-wire, it's 2 hots, a neutral and a ground. If it's wired incorrectly - with only one hot going to one of the 2 hot plugs - then the heating element my not work. It could be something else, of course, but it's pretty easy to check to see if your socket is wired correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My thoughts are "QUICK! RETURN IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!" Heating element may be faulty and will probably need replaced... It's located toward the right hand size in the picture. While the job may not be that difficult, it can be costly if you are unable to do the repair yourself! IF you ARE doing the repair, I highly recommend you replace the Idle Pulley Assembly with a new one with bearings while you have it apart if you have not done so already!
