Either your lint tray is full, the vent is clogged, the heating element had went out. I would refer you to your owners manual. And depending on how long you have owned it contact Samsung for the manufacturer warranty. Unless you purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy, witch honestly is a must when it comes to large expensive appliances. We have had ours for a few months and have had no issues thus far with it.. It's been the best dryer we have ever had.
