I would say that it is your vent, maybe a hole in your vent or something loose in the vent.

Please try again later.Make sure the dryer vent is clamped correctly and secured well... - Then look at the stands and see if they're loose. - Grab a helper and move the dryer in different directions and listen to any noises, (see if you can make it squeak). - If you hear a squeak when moving it, try to locate it. - If it only squeaks during operation, it might be a belt or loose connection/fitting within the drum. In this case, I would call Best Buy and see if they can send someone over. If not, call Samsung and tell them about the issue, they will be able to help you troubleshoot the issues and if needs repair, they will send someone over due the dryer still under manufacture's warranty... - but 1st "(female dog)" at Best Buy and fight for everything to be done at no cost to you.

Please check to make sure there are no loose items in the drum and that the DV42H5200EP is level. If the squeaking persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service is advisable. Thank you! Ms. Samsung
