• We purchased natural gas with a 110 outlet required dryer works great I definitely would recommend a product

• Hi justinsayler74, The gas dryer requires 110/120 volts, 60 Hz AC approved electrical service with a 15-ampere fuse or circuit breaker. ^Joan

• Standard 110v plug with a ground built in it three prong plug. Most up-to-date sockets has two plugs with a ground.

• The electrical connection is needed to power the control panel, spin the dryer, and power the fan. The gas is used to create the heat to dry the cloths. Both are needed. All electric dryers use 220V to do all of that.
