Q: QuestionWe have gas service to our dryer. If we get a new dryer with steam do we need to connect to a drain. Could we use the drain that the washer also uses? Do we need a separate water line, or can we get it from the water for the washer?

• A:Answer You do need to connect to the water line. We just bought a splitter so that we could connect the washer and dryer to the same water line. You don’t need a separate water line.

Q: QuestionWhat kind of conversion kit do I need to convert this to liquid propane? I would like to purchase the conversion kit before delivery

• A:Answer The conversation kit needs/should be installed by a professional and is available at time of purchase. I utilize propane and requested the conversion at time of purchase. When my dryer was delivered and installed I watched as they did the conversion to propane on site. They had to take the entire dryer apart to change the natural gas jet to a propane jet. It is like changing the jets in a carburetor for a car. So, I highly recommend contacting a professional or having Best Buy do it during an installation.

Q: QuestionWhy does this unit turn off early? Lint trap and sensors are cleaned. The ducts are cleaned & cleared. Whether we use the Heavy Duty, Normal or Timed Dry, the Unit DECIDES when the clothes are dry.The dryer itself never seems to get hot at all.

Q: QuestionDryer is not drying completely. Is this normal? Does doesn’t matter the type of clothes. They come out cool or somewhat lightly damp. Probably going to return it.
