QuestionIs there a way to get this tv to operate through the stereo receiver without having to go through the tv

- Answer I use a stereo receiver with this TV but connect through the TV using the optical out port from the TV one connect box. My stereo receiver doesn't have optical in but there is an inexpensive converter that you takes the optical out signal and allows you to connect to the analog stereo in jacks in the receiver. Works fine.

- Answer I use # SSG-5100GB Just tried them out and they work However they are not rechargeable, you have to replace batteries now and then.

QuestionThe 3 prong power cable is very short for the wall mount for this 75" JU7100 Samsung. It barely reaches the outlet. Fine now unless I want to pull the TV away from the wall and aim to another room. Can anyone suggest a correct power cord replacement?

QuestionI bought your TV, the UN75JU7100 (our 3rd big Samsung back to back) and the picture is good, but the sound is atrocious. A lesser word would not be doing it justice, the real sound deficit this model has truly scares me. My 65"/8500 is very good.

- Answer I had the same sound issue (lack of good volume) with my 75" Samsung, but it was never a major problem because I was planning all along to upgrade with a high end sound bar and amp. The sound is now fantastic, and the image quality of the Samsung is superb. With all TVs that size, it should be expected that you are going to immediately upgrade the sound (lots of options to do this).
