QuestionPreviously, we would listen to the sound bar and could only get our volume up to 17 or 18 and it would be too loud. Now in the same sound bar, we turn it up to hear at 37 to 45. Is there something that is a setting that should change that.

QuestionStarting with the TV, can you please describe what wires come out of the Tv or the soundbar or the speakers? Maybe just describe the whole thing. I don't want a lot of visible wires. Thank you.

- Answer You don't have to hook any wires to this if your TV has Bluetooth if not then you will have one HDMI cable run from your TV to the sound bar it's self the rest are wireless and all the speakers will need to be plugged in the an outlet, I've had mine for a few months and have had no problems.

QuestionWhen will this go back on to a lower price? This model is the flagship of 2020 and the HW-Q950A 11.1.4ch Soundbar is now out and is lowered to $1,299.99. Why would anyone buy this at full price if the next years model is cheaper now and has more feature?

QuestionI want to buy this HW-Q950T Soundbar and my sofa is located around 5 meters from my 82" tv. I want to get a soundbar that can "throw" sound forward, so we dont need to increase the volume so much to be able hear(use rear speakers). WIll that be possible?

- Answer BocceBoy - You can download the SmartThings app from the App Store on iOS devices. The HW-Q900T has 7 channels, as well as 1 subwoofer channel and 2 up-firing channels. The HW-Q950T has 9 channels, as well as 1 subwoofer channel and 4 up-firing channels. Both soundbars include an 8" subwoofer with a Rated Output power of 160W. The 2021 Samsung Soundbars will feature similar displays as the 2020 soundbars. ^Gina

- Answer Unfortunately, you can't add an additional sub to this system. Once everything is set to your liking you won't need it. The sub that comes with the system gets really loud, clear bass. The display in the store doesn't do it justice.

- Answer Hi Davevol: How many watts can be a tricky question depending on how the system is used, so I’ll give you three sets of numbers. The HW-Q950T has a total maximum speaker output of 546 watts. If you are using it as most do, you will drop to the average operation consumption of 75 watts, and while in stand-by it will consume 0.9 watts. ^Patty

QuestionIt doesn't look like this comes with stands for the rear speakers. Are stands required in order for me to get the full Atmos/3D sound experience? If so, how degraded would the sound be if the rear speakers were just placed on the floor?

- Answer Hi blaket81! For the best sound experience, the speakers should be placed at ear level. Stands are highly recommended but not necessary. Best Buy carries a wide range of universal stand and mounting solutions. The rear speakers require a stand solution that can support a minimum of 17.6lbs, ensure the stand supports the proper weight before purchasing. - Answer I bought the Sanus Model EFSAT- B1 Speaker Stands. They adjust from 26-42”. I have the Euro series. The Eastvale Best Buy has them. They are about $90

QuestionI have a cable-tv box connected to the hdmi 1 and an atv4 to the hdmi 2 on the soundbar. The earc is connected to the tv. When I try to switch to the cable-tv box, it jumps right back to the atv4. Any solutions?

QuestionAre the rear speakers up firing? Pictures seem to suggest a flat hard top with no sound vents. Trying to figure out if all the up-firing speakers are on the bar or spread around the room.
