• It does not come with screws, but there should be a screw in your existing hardware. If not, the screw size is M2x3mm.

• It does not come with a screw. I was fortunate enough to find one that fit, not sure where to purchase for it may differ with motherboard.

• No it does not. In theory if you are replacing an existing drive you just need to switch the current screw. If you are adding it from scratch, check out this thread. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2930387/ssd-screw.html

• The screws needed for that SSD should have come with the mobo.

• Nvme storage doesn't require screws. It's inserted into a slot on your motherboard, unless you get a separate enclosure.
