What size screw to hold down the ssd null

You unscrew the one being used in your PS5 or look in your motherboard box for the m.2 screw(s).

2mm width by 2.5mm length is what I used on my ASRock motherboard. The truth is that it depends on your motherboard.

There are no threads on the SSD, the size of the screw is dependent on the device it is being placed in. Most manufacturers, e.g. Sony, Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, include the mounting hardware.

Very very small Phillips head. You re-use the screw in the PS5 if installing there.

Your device should have a screw and spacer already installed. This does not come with them.

The screw is included inside the PS5.

If it is for a PS5 upgrade, the screw is already in the PS5 upgrade slot.

Everything to screw this in safely is already inside the console. Sony already though of this. Just get onto Youtube & find a walkthrough of how to safely do it. Just make sure that your PS5 is at the current patch 1st.
